Post-event, we’ll schedule a detailed one-hour assessment of vendor relationships, goal fulfillment, guest feedback and more, evaluating what worked well and what could be improved for next time.

Your event goals are always my first priority, and these shape even the smallest details. Clear communication is key, so, as outlined in our service agreement, we’ll collaborate and share documents online as required, with weekly meetings to keep everything on track.

We’ll prepare a detailed contract, outlining internal and external responsibilities and deadlines, along with a customized quote based on your preferences and targets. Once any changes have been discussed and included and the contract is signed, it’s time to start planning your event.

The first step is to meet and discuss your event’s vision, goals, and budget. If you hold several annual events, we’ll explore possibilities and schedules for these. Need inspiration? my process & guarantee

HELPING HIGH-ACHIEVING BUSINESSES INCREASE THEIR REACH WITH SHOW-STOPPING EVENTS & COORDINATION

There are two options:

1. You are welcome to pay vendors directly and I will manage the budget and payment due dates with reminders.

OR

2. You can pay me the full event budget and I manage all payments on your behalf; however there is a fee for this premium service. 

01. How does payment work?  

No. I primarily work in Hamilton, Halton and Niagara. I occasionally venture outside of those boarders on occasion. 

02. Do you only plan events in Hamilton?

Ideally, as soon as possible. Even if we can just secure the date and then get into planning later on, if the date is booked then you know I am available and your venue is secure. If your team knows when they want to host an event, let’s secure your ideal date with the venue so you don’t have to compromise on your preferences later.  

Having said that, I understand how quickly projects suddenly appear without warning. It is not rare for me to book 6-8 weeks out. Reach out, and let’s see what your options are. 

03.  How far out should I book? 

Yes, I am the primary and only full time Event Planner on staff and you will work directly with me throughout the planning process. I do have contract event planners that join me as needed on event day, as stated in your contract. 

04. Will I work directly with you when I book?

Your proposal will include full detail but it is:

  • Sign Event Agreement
  • Outline event goals
  • Pre-book event meetings
  • Create the critical path
  • Plan your event
  • Event execution day
  • Post-event debrief
  • Plan your next event  

05. What is the process once I sign on? 

Unfortunately we am not available for “day-of-planning”. This is very important to ensure that the event is executed to our standards. 

06. We have staff that can plan the event internally, but can I book you just to manage the event on the day-of?

I do not offer those services and do not include tasks such as event promotion/e-blasts, marketing materials in my services, however I am happy to refer you to local experts in the field to take care of that for you. 

07. Do you offer Communications/Marketing services as well?
